conwert Immobilien Invest SE: early redemption of its convertible bonds 2007/2014

Vienna (pta008/12.02.2014/09:00 UTC+1) conwert Immobilien Invest SE, FN 212163f (the "Issuer"), hereby calls its outstanding convertible bonds 2007/2014 (ISIN AT0000A07PZ5) (the "Bonds") effective 14 March 2013. On this date, the Issuer will redeem the then outstanding Bonds at their redemption amount plus interest accrued from 12 November 2013 to the redemption date (exclusive). The aggregate principal amount of the Bonds currently outstanding is EUR 21,000,000, which is less than 15 per cent of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds at the issue date (EUR 196,400,000). Therefore, the Issuer is entitled under § 5(c) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds to call the Bonds. Holders of the Bonds may exercise their conversion right until 10 March 2014, at which point this right will expire. To exercise their conversion right, holders must ensure that no later than 4:00 p.m. (Vienna time) on 10 March 2014 UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Schottengasse 6-8, 1010 Vienna (the "Conversion Agent") has received an executed conversion notice and that the corresponding principal amount of the Bonds is deposited in the WSB account no. 2221/00 of the Conversion Agent. The current conversion price is EUR 13.39. A form of the conversion notice may be requested from the Conversion Agent (Ms. Erika Koroschetz, erika.koroschetz@unicreditgroup.at, fax 050505-58788).
