- The Pankl Supervisory Board appoints Mr Stefan Seidel and Mr Christoph Prattes to the Management Board

- Mr Josef Faigle leaves the Management Board

The Pankl Racing Systems AG Supervisory Board decided in today's meeting to appoint Mr Stefan Seidel as CTO and Mr. Christoph Prattes as COO to the Management Board of Pankl Racing Systems AG for a period of 5 years from
1 August 2015. As of 31 August 2015, Mr Josef Faigle will return to his company Quality Analysis GmbH in Germany at his own request. He will be available to Pankl as an adviser at least until the end of 2016.

From 1 September 2015, the Pankl Management Board will consist of the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board Wolfgang Plasser, the CTO Stefan Seidel and the COO Christoph Prattes.
