conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Changes to the Administrative Board

Vienna (pta016/19.10.2015/12:07 UTC+2) conwert Immobilien Invest SE (conwert), traded on the Austrian ATX, announces that Martina Postl (Deputy Chair of the Administrative Board), Alexander Schoeller and Phillip Burns have stepped down from their position and resigned from the Administrative Board due to personal reasons with effect as of 17 November 2015.

On the basis of the verdict of the Supreme Court on the ruling of the Takeover Commission with regard to the legal challenge on the 2014 Annual General Meeting, conwert assumes that Alexander Proschofsky and Peter Hohlbein will join the Administrative Board until 17 November 2015 and that the Board will consist of three members as of 18 November 2015.
