Baar (pta009/15.08.2017/20:30 UTC+2) Angel Telecom Holding AG informs that Marcatel Telecommunications LLC (Marcatel) obtained a judgement of the Supreme Court of the State of New York for an alleged claim of USD 7,530,157 plus 9% interest against ATH. The pretended claim appears to concern Angel Americas LLC a former member of the Angel Telecom Group and was initiated before the bankruptcy of ATH in 2015. It is still unclear whether ATH's fundamental procedural rights were infringed in this law suit. In an effort to close the restructuring of ATH a group of shareholders entered into settlement negotiations with Marcatel. ATH will inform the capital market and the public as to these talks in accordance with statutory requirements.
