NEW VALUE AG: Annual Result 2019/20

Baar (pta039/27.05.2020/19:00 UTC+2) The financial year 2019/20 was concluded with a loss of CHF 3.81 million. The major part of this loss is the result of the correction in the valuation of Sensimed SA.

The Net Asset Value (NAV) of New Value AG as per March 31, 2020 decreased to CHF 0.23 million (previous year CHF 4.05 million). The NAV per share decreased accordingly from CHF 1.23 at the beginning of the period to CHF 0.07. The loss per share amounted to CHF 1.16.

New Value AG will publish its annual report 2019/20 with detailed information on year-end results today. The report will only be available on the website of New Value AG electronically and only in German.

The Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on July 10, 2020.
