Marinomed Biotech AG hereby announces that due to the exercise of the convertible bond with Nice & Green the total number of voting rights at the end of July 2022 has increased to 1,506,162 and the new stated capital amounts to EUR 1,506,162. The change of total voting rights has been effective since July 12, 2022.
