Kahl am Main, May 08, 2023 - The General Meeting held from Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 0:00 a.m. (CEST), until Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 24:00 a.m. (CEST)

pursuant to Art. 18 and Art. 5 et seq. SchVG regarding the EUR 12,000,000.00 bearer bonds, ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 / WKN A2AA5H (the "Bonds") was not quorate as the required quorum of 50% of the outstanding Bonds (Art. 15 para. 3 sentence 1 SchVG) was not reached.

Therefore, the Executive Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and the notary public Dr. Olaf Gerber with official residence in Frankfurt am Main in his capacity as voting officer of the voting without a meeting will shortly invite all holders of the Bonds to a second creditors' meeting on May 30, 2023.

The invitation to the second creditors' meeting will be published in the Federal Gazette and on the homepage at https://www.singulus.com/bondholder-meeting/.
