Georg Folian has been a beneficiary of Bocca Privatstiftung since it was established in 1999. However, Bocca Privatstiftung has always been controlled by Mr Folian pursuant to section 133 no. 4 BörseG, which is why the shares in Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft held by Bocca Privatstiftung were already attributable to him at that time. Georg Folian also holds 50% of the shares in VI Europäische Franchise GmbH, which holds 3,417,116 shares.
