QLUPOD AG: Successful Launch of Apps and Expansion of Customer Service
A New Milestone for Digital Health Care
Herisau (pta014/27.03.2025/10:26 UTC+1)
Herisau, Switzerland – March 27, 2025 – Qlupod AG (www.qlupod.com) is pleased to
announce that after extensive testing and further optimization, its three innovative apps –
QluApp, QluDoc, and QluCare – are now officially available in the Android and Apple Stores.
These three apps, which were completed at the end of 2024, enable users to monitor and
share their health data in real-time. With this, Qlupod takes another important step forward in
the development of digital health care.
App Availability and New Goals
"The availability of our apps marks a significant turning point for Qlupod," said Nikola
Trajanov, Interim CEO and Partner of Qlupod AG. "After the intense testing phase, we are
excited to not only drive the sales of our devices but also invite doctors and care facilities to
take advantage of the benefits of our apps for patient care."
With the launch of the apps, Qlupod AG will now focus on further expanding and enhancing
the app's features. "We see great potential in continuously developing our apps to better
meet the needs of doctors and care facilities. These institutions need to optimize their
workflows while ensuring the highest quality care for their patients – this is exactly where our
solutions can make a difference," Trajanov continued.
New Customer Care Center for Better Service
To accommodate the growing demand and ensure optimal support for new users (including
doctors and care facilities), Qlupod AG will establish a Customer Care Center. This will be
an essential component for customer service, offering both end-users and medical
professionals direct and efficient support. The center will make the transition to digital health
monitoring with the QluPod even easier for all users.
QluPod as a Solution for Preventative and Therapeutic Applications
Qlupod AG emphasizes that the QluPod, a medically certified and tested device, can
measure the key vital signs typically checked during a physical examination by a general
practitioner: temperature, pulse, EKG, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels. This makes
the device an important solution for both preventive health monitoring and ongoing care for
patients as part of existing therapies.
"Whether for preventive measures or managing ongoing treatments, the QluPod provides a
flexible and accurate way to monitor health data and share it directly with the attending
doctor or caregiver," explained Nikola Trajanov. "We believe that integrating the QluPod into
existing health systems can offer significant added value for all parties, especially in terms of
reducing costs and improving patient care."
Partnerships with Health Insurers and Healthcare Providers
Qlupod AG sees significant potential in collaborating with health insurers and healthcare
providers. The QluPod, in particular, could serve as a technological bridge between patients,
doctors, and care teams, improving communication and care delivery. "Our solution could
play a key role in enhancing the quality of patient care while simultaneously reducing costs in
the healthcare system," added Trajanov. "We invite all interested health insurers, Spitex
services, and care facilities to reach out to us and explore the possibilities of integrating our
solution into their systems."Future Outlook
With the successful launch of the apps and the expansion of customer service, Qlupod AG is
now at the threshold of a new growth phase. "We are confident that our products and
services will make a significant contribution to digital healthcare. The next big challenge will
be expanding our partnerships and establishing our solutions more widely in the market,"
concluded Nikola Trajanov.
