Südzucker AG: Südzucker raises dividend to EUR 0.90 per share

On 18 July 2024, shareholders at the virtual annual general meeting of Südzucker AG voted in favor of the supervisory and executive boards' recommendation to pay a dividend of EUR 0.90 (previous year: 0.70) per share. Based on 204.1 million issued shares in circulation, the total dividend distribution will be EUR 184 (previous year: 143) million.

Again the annual general meeting was held in virtual form. According to preliminary evaluation, a total of 325 (previous year: over 360) shareholders and guests followed the broadcast.
