The German artist Sven Weigle strives to make his works more accessible to a broader public and therefore joins the exclusive exhibitors at the SWISSARTEXPO in Zurich from 24 - 28 August 2022.

Through his grandparents' reproduction company, Weigle Reprotec, the successful artist came into contact with web and graphic design, photography and the broad field of art at a very early age. Especially through the influence of his grandfather, Theo Weigle, a successful painter and sculptor, art has become an important and pioneering part of Sven Weigle's life. During his stays in the USA, he was able to convince through several exhibitions on the topic of "Art meets Graphic Design" and received numerous awards for his artistic exhibits as "Outstanding Male Artist".

"The realisation of artistic projects, especially the transformation from the abstract to the concrete, excites and fascinates me." - Sven Weigle

Weigle creates a compositional and creative interplay of individual artistic elements that open up a new world of individual and personal interpretation for the viewer. A wonderful visual atmosphere is created in his paintings, which the young talent skillfully creates through the interaction of independent but also reuniting pictorial levels. Weigle is inspired in the composition of his works by life itself and by the almost limitless diversity of nature. His own experiences as well as his interaction with the individuality of people also play an important role. For the artist, standing still is a long way off - with a great deal of passion, enthusiasm and willingness to experiment, he is constantly developing and enriching the art world with new gripping works.

When looking at his works, what stands out in particular is the artist's gift for adding a touch of reality to abstract elements with great skill. Nevertheless, the works leave enough room for the viewer's own interpretations - the figurative elements merely provide exciting impulses for thought that invite the viewer to linger and get lost in the fantastic compositions.

In the stylish ambience of Zurich's venerable main station, art lovers can look forward to three expressionist-abstract paintings by Sven Weigle and embark on an exciting journey of discovery through explosive colours.
