conwert Immobilien Invest SE: conwert appoints Barry Gilbertson as new Chair of the Administrative Board

Vienna (pta027/09.06.2015/18:10 UTC+2) conwert Immobilien Invest SE, listed on the Austrian ATX, announces that the Administrative Board has elected the real estate expert Barry Gilbertson as its new Chair, effective immediately, at its constitutive meeting following the 14th Annual General Meeting. Martina Postl will act as Deputy Chair. Thus, the conwert Administrative Board consists of Barry Gilbertson, Martina Postl, Phillip W. Burns and Alexander Schoeller.

The finance expert Martina Postl was appointed to chair the Audit Committee and Barry Gilbertson was elected as Deputy Chair.
