Arzneiwerk AG Vida (Arzneiwerk AG) has attracted a new investor for its investment Euro RX Arzneimittel GmbH (EURO RX), which is subscribing to a capital increase in the amount of [1 million €]. The capital is to be used in particular to secure the liquidity of the trading business. Arzneiwerk AG has also secured a call option on these shares - as with the existing co-shareholder - so that a complete acquisition of EURO RX is possible. After completion of the capital increase, Arzneiwerk AG will hold 44 per cent in EURO RX.
