Anastasia Vasilyeva presents unique science art at the SWISSARTEXPO

Zurich (ptp017/25.07.2019/14:00) Anastasia Vasilyeva announces today that in August 2019 several of her original paintings will be shown at the Swiss art festival SWISSARTEXPO. She will present two brand-new works from her "Science Art" series, which provide a refreshing insight into the style and artistic work of Anastasia Vasilyeva. The exhibition will take place from 15th to 19th August 2019 in Zurich's Main Station Hall - around 400,000 visitors are expected.
The Russian-born artist Anastasia Vasilyeva is known for her unique way of incorporating scientific content such as numbers, formulas and forms into her works of art. The resulting symbiosis, paired with expressive colours, make her works truly exceptional and memorable. Through this mixture of science and art, the works of art always tell several stories on different levels and invite to reflect on the function and message of the pieces. Anastasia Vasilyeva expresses the conceptual character of her creativity not only in paintings but also in fancy sculptures. The artist explains: "My main goal is to make a conceptual contribution to Contemporary Art using ideas and experiences from different fields and subjects".
It is no surprise that the works of Anastasia Vasilyeva are well received both nationally and internationally. She enjoys a very good reputation in Switzerland and Spain, as can be seen from her participation in the group exhibition "Art in Madrid" in the APPA art gallery.
In parallel, Anastasia Vasilyeva today announces the publication of her newly published art catalogue. In this catalogue she presents a beautiful variation of her typical works. Due to the high print quality and the uniqueness of the works shown, this catalogue is convincing in its entirety and is able to arouse immediate interest among readers. In addition to her original artworks, her catalogue will also be shown live in Zurich.
