Israeli artist in Zurich: Daniel Shorkend's artwork to be shown at the SWISSARTEXPO
Daniel Shorkend's artworks will be shown this August during the SWISSARTEXPO in Zurich
Zurich, Switzerland (ptp026/01.08.2019/14:00) The Israeli fine artist Daniel Shorkend confirmed today that he was accepted to be exposed digitally at the ARTBOX.PROJECT Zürich 1.0 during the SWISSARTEXPO in Zurich, Switzerland. The exhibition will be held at the SBB Event Hall in Zurich from 15 to 19 August 2019. Around 400'000 visitors are expected to attend.
In very young years during his school time Daniel Shorkend already showed a very pronounced interest in art. He was particularly fond of painting. His passion for the arts also later on never let go of him, as he continued his education and completed his doctorate in art history in 2016. Daniel Shorkend can at this point already look back on a successful career as an artist. His works of art have been presented in various national and international art exhibitions, notably the Rose Korber salon (2012) and UCT Irma Stern Museum (2017). The artworks that are inspired by the Kabbalah, or more specifically the Holy Hebrew Letters, convince with an interesting variety of colours and different textures that immediately attract the viewer's attention.
Further on Daniel Shorkend announced the publication of his new and first art catalogue today. The art catalogue shows a variation of 6 works of art by Daniel Shorkend. Among others mixed media works like "THE DIAMOND" or "RADIATING ENERGY" are presented. Thanks to the very high quality printing, the works presented are shown to their best advantage and makes you excited about his other works. In addition to various works of art by Daniel Shorkend, the catalogue will also be shown at the major Swiss art festival SWISSARTEXPO.
