Zurich (ptp015/13.08.2020/12:00) The American artist Lisa Turin announces today that her original artworks will be represented at the SWISSARTEXPO from 20 - 24 August 2020 in Zurich's main railway station. Her recently published art catalogue will also be available on site. The SWISSARTEXPO is an art festival where artists of all styles come together to create a diverse and varied exhibition in one of the most visited halls in Europe in the heart of Zurich.
Lisa Turin is a dynamic young artist from the sunny state of California, now living and working in Switzerland. She is an artist who allows her subconscious expression to thrive in her work to radiate uninhibited freedom and joy. She has become an internationally acclaimed artist whose vibrant, bold and colorful paintings reflect her optimistic view of the world. Her famous Mickey Love series, inspired by the iconic Mickey Mouse, radiate pure bliss through a light hearted playfulness and visually extraordinary combinations of colour. With sophisticated motif combinations and matching colourful accents, Lisa directly appeals to the child inside the viewer.
Matte and metallic tones shimmer across the canvas to create a dance of emotions while catching light from all different angles.
