AT&S develops high-tech solutions for the connected car

The IAA, the world's largest trade fair for automobiles, is completely governed by innovations in the field of connected cars. With the participation of leading premium manufacturers (Audi, BMW, Daimler, Ford, Opel, VW) already 120 connected vehicles have been driven some 1.6 million kilometres since last year in the course of a pilot project. AT&S's innovative solutions contribute in translating such projects rapidly into high-volume industrial production. The successful development of pioneering projects was recently confirmed by the Continental Innovation Award. Continental honored AT&S as one of the most innovative suppliers. Thanks to the ongoing technological developments AT&S is driving innovative solutions and products forward. Together with its customers AT&S improves driver safety and works on the realization of "driverless cars". (end)
